Kyiv residents may leave city in Vasylkiv direction - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - There will be no hindrances for Kyiv residents wishing to leave the city, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"All that also applies to Kyiv residents who can leave the city in the direction of Vasylkiv. Russian troops are not hindering the exit of the civilian population," Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.
