Decision to block YouTube in Russia hasn't been made - Roskomnadzor

MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - Russia's telecommunications watchdog Roskomnadzor has denied reports that it has started blocking YouTube in Russia.

"The decision to block the YouTube video hosting service in Russia has not been made," Roskomnadzor told Interfax, answering the relevant question.
