Ukrainian delegation experiencing logistical problems on way to Belarus for talks with Russia - political analyst
MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine on settling the conflict are planned in the Brest region of Belarus on Wednesday evening, but the Ukrainian delegation is experiencing some logistical problems, Yury Voskresensky, a Belarusian political analyst close to the meeting organizers, told Interfax.
"The Russian delegation has already arrived in Minsk and is heading for the venue of the talks in the Brest region. The Ukrainian delegation is supposed to arrive in the Republic of Belarus by the evening, but communication with the delegation members is unstable, and there are some logistical problems," Voskresensky said.
