Belarusian State Border Committee denies reports on ban on people eligible for military service from leaving Belarus

MINSK. March 2 (Interfax) - The Belarusian State Border Committee has denied reports alleging that people eligible for military service have been banned from leaving the country.

"Destructive online resources are disseminating false information on a ban on men aged from 18 to 60 from leaving Belarus. We officially report the Belarusian side has not introduced any additional restrictions on the passage of persons and road vehicles," the agency said on Telegram on Wednesday.
