Russian Defense Ministry contacts ICRC
MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin has had a phone call with the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) President Peter Maurer, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"The sides have discussed the interaction between the Russian Defense Ministry and the ICRC, in particular, with regard to Ukraine," the ministry said, without providing further details.
