Roscosmos won't return money paid by OneWeb if launches stop - Rogozin

MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - Roscosmos will not return the money paid by OneWeb if satellite launches stop, as these are force majeure circumstances, Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin said.

"The contract has been fully paid for. We have received a full payment for the production of launch vehicles and upper stages and the provision of launch services. Due to the force majeure created by the aggressive policy of the West and the anti-Russian sanctions, Russia will keep the money," Rogozin said on the Rossiya 24 television channel (VGTRK).
