Ukrainian troops carried out more than 600 attacks on LPR territory over past 2 weeks, 6 civilians killed - Luhansk

LUHANSK. March 2 (Interfax) - Ukrainian troops carried out more than 600 attacks on the territory of the Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) over the past two weeks, as a result of which six civilians were killed and more than 100 residential buildings were damaged, the LPR mission in the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

"The LPR mission in the JCCC registered 636 attacks on the territory of the Republic by Ukrainian military units over two weeks (from February 17 to March 1)," the report said.

Six civilians were killed in the Ukrainian attacks, the report said. The Ukrainian troops used heavy weapons, including multiple rocket launchers, artillery, and mortars, in the attacks, the LPR mission in the JCCC said.

"One hundred twenty-nine residential buildings were destroyed and damaged [...] Fifteen civilian infrastructure facilities were damaged," the report said.
