Rogozin confirms cyberattack on Roscosmos infrastructure
MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - Roscosmos head Dmitry Rogozin has reported the prevention of a cyberattack on a corporate transport monitoring system, which has nothing to do with satellite control.
"This system is completely unrelated to Roscosmos' satellite control systems. The attack was detected in time. It was done automatically, and prevented," Rogozin said on Telegram.
An open trial version of the RKS transport monitoring system is located on the affected server. The system is used for testing civilian engineering solutions for city transport, Rogozin said.
