Russian forces disable instrument room of Kyiv TV tower - Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. March 2 (Interfax) - Precision-guided weapons of Russian forces have disabled the instrument room of the Kyiv TV tower. No damage was done to residential buildings, Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said on Wednesday.

"For the purpose of putting an end to information attacks on Russia, precision-guided weapons were fired at technological facilities of the Ukrainian Security Service and the 72th Main Psychological Ops Center in Kyiv. The instrument room of the TV tower was disabled. No damage was done to residential buildings in the course of the strike," Konashenkov said.
