LPR forces take control of 40 populated localities in Luhansk region as result of offensive - militia spokesman

LUHANSK. March 2 (Interfax) - The Luhansk People's Republic (LPR) forces have taken control of 40 populated localities since the beginning of the offensive operation in Donbas, LPR militia spokesman Ivan Filiponenko said.

"Militia units have freed 40 populated localities from the Ukrainian forces," Filiponenko told reporters on Wednesday.
