Naval aircraft practice air combat tactics against mock enemy in Russia's Kaliningrad region

MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - The pilots of fighter jets and bombers have practiced destroying mock enemy aircraft during their training and combat missions over the mainland part of Russia's Kaliningrad region and Baltic Sea waters, Russia's Baltic Fleet said.

"The pilots of fighter jets and bombers practiced the tactics of aerial combat with mock enemy aircraft. The crews carried out a set of different elements of combat training in the skies, with a special focus on piloting techniques using offensive and defensive maneuvers at different altitudes," a statement released on Tuesday said.
