Russia to impose temporary restrictions on foreign investors exiting Russian assets - PM Mishustin

MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - The Russian government has drafted a presidential decree on imposing temporary restrictions on foreign investors exiting Russian assets, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin said during a meeting on improving the sustainability of the Russian economy.

"Amid the current sanctions situation, foreign entrepreneurs are forced to take decisions under political pressure rather than being guided by economic factors. Therefore, the government has drafted a presidential decree on imposing temporary restrictions on exiting Russian assets in order to allow businesses to take carefully weighed decisions," Mishustin said.
