OSCE monitors are leaving Donbas republics, will temporarily stay in Rostov-on-Don - source

ROSTOV-ON-DON. March 1 (Interfax) - All monitors for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) are leaving the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics, and are now heading toward Russia, an informed source told Interfax.

"The OSCE monitors' convoy will arrive in Rostov-on-Don in a few hours. They will stay there for a short while. In total, there are some 150 people," the source said.
