Occupancy restrictions for theaters, restaurants can be lifted amid Omicron outbreak - Rospotrebnadzor

MOSCOW. March 1 (Interfax) - The Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing (Rospotrebnadzor) has recommended that current occupancy restrictions for cultural and public catering establishments be lifted amid the outbreak of the Omicron variant of the novel coronavirus.

The Rospotrebnadzor guidelines for the containment of Omicron transmissions recommend that stores, public catering establishments, theaters, movie theaters, concert halls, health resorts, beauty parlors and hairdressers continue to sanitize their premises, to ensure the wearing of masks, and to screen for [body] temperatures.
