Five civilians dead in DPR as result of strikes in past day - DPR mission to JCCC

DONETSK. March 1 (Interfax) - More than 30 strikes were mounted on the territory of the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) in the past day, claiming the lives of five civilians and leaving another 23 injured, the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said in a statement on Tuesday.

"The mission reported that the Armed Forces of Ukraine opened fire 35 times over the past day," it said.

Five civilians died and another 23 were injured in strikes over the past 24 hours, the DPR mission to the JCCC said.
