Rosaviatsia working to arrange repatriation flights from countries which closed airspace to Russian planes

MOSCOW. Feb 1 (Interfax) - The Russian Federal Agency for Air Transport (Rosaviatsia) is taking steps to arrange humanitarian flights to repatriate Russian citizens from countries which have closed their airspace to Russian airlines.

"We are working on organizing humanitarian flights from countries where the largest groups of our citizens are now present. Such humanitarian flights will become possible if there are positive decisions on this score from the aviation authorities of European Union countries from or through which these flights will be organized," Rosaviatsia said in a statement.
