Russian, Ukrainian ombudsmen agree to cooperate in search for missing persons, inspecting detention conditions of POWs

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Russian Human Rights Commissioner Tatyana Moskalkova and Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner Liudmyla Denisova agreed on Monday to cooperate in the search for missing persons and inspecting detention conditions for those held during the military special operation in Ukraine.

"I agreed with Ukraine's Verkhovna Rada Human Rights Commissioner Liudmyla Denisova on cooperation in the humanitarian field, on mutual assistance in terms of identifying the whereabouts of missing persons and inspecting the incarceration conditions of the detainees. We are working," Moskalkova is quoted as saying by her press service.
