Russia, Ukraine identify some points on which common ground may be reached at talks - Russian presidential aide Medinsky

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Russian presidential aide Vladimir Medinsky said following talks between Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Belarus' Gomel region that some common points for discussion had been found.

"We have just ended negotiations with the Ukrainian side, which lasted about five hours; we have discussed all the items on the agenda in detail and found some points on which common positions can be predicted," Medinsky told reporters on Monday.
