Russia's actions in Ukraine being distorted, swamped with unbelievable amount of fakes - Russian envoy to UN

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Russia's actions in Ukraine are being distorted and surrounded with a huge number of fabrications, Russian Permanent Representative to the United Nations Vasily Nebenzya said.

"Russia's actions are being misrepresented and distorted, and are being swamped with a huge number of the most incredible amount of bogus stories and fakes involving the media and social networks," Nebenzya said at an extraordinary session of the United Nations General Assembly convened in connection with the situation in Ukraine.
