Russian-Ukrainian negotiations continuing - TV channel

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The talks between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine are continuing in Belarus, the Rossiya 24 (VGTRK) television channel said.

"There has been a leak that the talks allegedly concluded. However, we, the persons who are here now, know nothing about it. Everything is still continuing," the TV station's correspondent reported from the talks' venue.

The Belarusian state-run news agency BelTA, in turn, said that "the sides left the room during a break, but now the negotiations are continuing." The delegations and news crews have not yet left the venue of the meeting, BelTA said.

The Rossiya 24 correspondent added that the journalists who are now in the Gomel region do not know any details of the talks yet. "There have been no leaks," the correspondent added.

Neither the coordinates nor the name of the place hosting the talks have been disclosed thus far, she said.

"The building where the negotiations are taking place is being figuratively referred to as the "fisherman's house'," the correspondent said.
