Roskomnadzor demands TikTok exclude military, political content from recommendations for minors

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media (Roskomnadzor) has demanded that the TikTok short-form user video hosting service excluded military and political content from recommendations for minors, the agency said in a statement.

"Roskomnadzor has detected content associated with the special military operation in Ukraine and related political content purposefully recommended to minors on the TikTok social network. Most of these materials are explicitly anti-Russian," it said.
