Talks between Russia, Ukraine in Belarus begin
MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The Rossiya-24 (VGTRK) television channel reports the start of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations in Belarus.
"At the moment, the negotiations have already begun," the television channel said.
Rossiya-24 also showed footage of the delegations sitting at the negotiating table.
