Russia to react to EU ban on Russian airlines on reciprocity principles - Peskov

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The European Union's decision to bar Russian airlines from the EU airspace will not go unanswered, and Russia will be guided by the principle of reciprocity and national interests in such matters, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"Naturally, an answer will be given, and the key principle will be the principle of reciprocity. Of course, national interests will be prioritized," Peskov said when answering the question of how Russia would respond to the ban on Russian airlines in the EU airspace.
