Russian-Ukrainian talks to begin any minute now - Russian embassy to Belarus
MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - Russian-Ukrainian talks will begin shortly, the Russian embassy to Belarus said.
"Talks between the Russian delegation and Ukrainian representatives will begin any minute now," the embassy said on Telegram.
