Treaties on Russia's friendship with DPR, LPR took effect on Feb 25

MOSCOW. Feb 28 (Interfax) - The treaties on friendship, cooperation and mutual assistance concluded by Russia with the Donetsk (DPR) and Luhansk (LPR) People's Republics took effect on February 25, according to information published on the official web portal of legal information.

"The treaty [...] dated February 21, 2022, took effect on February 25, 2022," say the titles of the documents published on the portal.

Each 11-page treaty contains 31 articles.
