Russian gas supplies to Europe via Ukraine expected to continue in same large amount on Feb 28
MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Russian gas supplies to Europe via Ukraine are expected to continue at the same large volumes on Monday, as European customers have asked Russian gas company Gazprom to increase shipments following a surge in gas prices in Europe after sanctions were imposed on Russia.
The current booking for entry is 106 million cubic meters for February 28, according to the Gas Transmission System (GTS) Operator of Ukraine. These figures are being constantly updated during the day. Booking for entry is 107.3 million cubic meters for Sunday, February 27.
