Turnout at Belarus constitutional referendum stands at 78.61% - CEC
MINSK. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Voter turnout at Sunday's constitutional referendum in Belarus stands at 78.61%, the Belarusian Central Elections Commission (CEC) said.
"Voter turnout at the country's referendum stands at 78.61% out of the overall number of citizens included in the voter lists," the CEC.
The lowest turnout of 71.37% was in the capital Minsk, while the highest turnout of 82.94% was in the Mogilev region.
