Nationalists deploying armor, artillery in Mariupol's residential areas - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Nationalists are deploying armor and artillery in residential areas of Mariupol, the Russian Defense Ministry 's spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.

"Assault troops of the Right Sector [an extremist organization banned in Russia] that arrived from the Lviv region are terrorizing civilians in Mariupol. Nationalists are deploying armor and artillery in residential areas, using local population as a human shield," Konashenkov said.
