Russia, Sudan aspire to develop military-technical cooperation - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. Feb 27 (Interfax) - Russian Deputy Defense Minister Alexander Fomin has met with deputy head of the Sudanese Sovereign Council Col. Gen. Mohamed Dagalo, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"The parties exchanged opinions on the situation in the Middle East and Africa and confirmed the aspiration to continue mutually beneficial cooperation in the military and military-technical spheres at the negotiations," the ministry.

The ministry provided no further detail.
