Russia did not receive notification from Turkey on closing Straits to its military ships - embassy in Ankara

MOSCOW. Feb 26 (Interfax) - Russia has not received any notification from Turkey on closing its Straits to Russian military ships, the Russian embassy to Turkey told Interfax on Saturday.

"The embassy has not received any official notifications from Turkey on closing the Straits to Russian military ships," it said.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Twitter earlier on Saturday that Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan barred Russian military ships from entering the Black Sea.
