Ukrainian FM says decision on cutting Russian banks off SWIFT starts being prepared

KYIV. Feb 26 (Interfax) - Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba has announced the start of technical preparations for enacting a decision on cutting Russian banks off the SWIFT international interbank communication system.

"SWIFT. An official decision has not yet been formalized, but technical preparations for making the decision and activating this sanction have been started," Kuleba said on Facebook.
