Final decision on ROSS creation hasn't been made yet - Roscosmos head Rogozin

MOSCOW. Feb 26 (Interfax) - The decision on the creation of the Russian Orbital Service Station (ROSS) will be made after the draft design is completed, Roscosmos state corporation head Dmitry Rogozin said.

"The final decision on the ROSS, with which we associate the future of Russian crewed space flights, including using it as a staging ground on the way to the Moon, will be made after the station's draft design is completed," Rogozin said in an interview with the Russky Kosmos (Russian Space) magazine.
