Abkhazia recognizes Donbas republics
DONETSK. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Abkhazia has recognized the independence of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics (DPR/LPR), the DPR Foreign Ministry said.
"Abkhazian President Aslan Bzhania has signed the decrees recognizing the independence of the Donetsk People's Republic and the Luhansk People's Republic," the press service for the DPR Foreign Ministry said in a statement on Friday.
