Russian troops aren't striking Ukrainian cities - Russian Foreign Ministry
MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Russia is not delivering strikes on cities in Ukraine during the special military operation; they are delivered only on military infrastructure, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said.
"I would like to emphasize that during the ongoing special military operation in Ukraine, the Russian Armed Forces are not delivering missile, aviation or artillery strikes on the cities of the country. The military infrastructure, air defense facilities, military airfields and the aviation of the Ukrainian Armed Forces are being incapacitated," Zakharova said at a briefing on Friday.
