Chernihiv blocked - Russian military
MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - The Russian troops have completed the blocking of the city of Chernihiv, the Russian Defense Ministry said.
"Units of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have now completed the blocking of the city of Chernihiv," Russian Defense Ministry deputy spokesman Igor Konashenkov said.
