Russian Armed Forces will not deliver strikes on residential areas of Kyiv - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov has accused the Ukrainian leadership of trying to use civilians as human shields, adding that the Russian Armed Forces will not deliver strikes on residential areas of Kyiv.

"I address the citizens of Ukraine. Your nationalistic leadership is using the same methods as terrorists. They want to use you as human shields. The Russian Armed Forces will not deliver any strikes on residential areas of the Ukrainian capital," Konashenkov said.
