Over 120,000 Donbas refugees cross into Russia to date - United Russia's Turchak
MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Over 120,000 Donbas refugees have crossed into Russia to date, United Russia General Council Secretary Andrei Turchak said.
"More than 120,000 persons have crossed the border as of this day," Turchak said at a meeting with United Russia regional branches on the assistance to Donbas residents on Friday.
More than half of refugees are children, he said.
Refugee shelters have opened in 15 regions of Russia, Turchak said.
