Russia notifies UK of need to abide by air services agreement - Rosaviatsia

MOSCOW. Feb 25 (Interfax) - Russia has sent the authorities of the United Kingdom a notification of the need to observe the existing air services agreement, Russia's Federal Air Transport Agency (Rosaviatsia) told the press.

As reported earlier, Britain has banned flights operated by the Russian flag carrier Aeroflot as part of a new package of anti-Russian sanctions. "We are also banning Aeroflot from the UK," British Prime Minister Boris Johnson said on Thursday.
