LPR accuses Ukrainian forces of 16 ceasefire violations, including with use of Grad MRLS
LUHANSK. Feb 24 (Interfax) - The Luhansk People's Republic has claimed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces have been firing upon its territory, including with the use of multiple rocket launchers.
"Sixteen ceasefire violations have been recorded," the LPR delegation to the Joint Ceasefire Control and Coordination Center (JCCC) said on Thursday.
Ukrainian forces shelled the populated areas of Zolote-5, Lohvynove, Pervomaisk, Donetsky, and Holubivske for several hours with BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers, 122-mm artillery, and 120-mm mortars, the LPR delegation said.
