Ukraine's demilitarization means neutralization of its military potential - Peskov

MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax) - The demilitarization of Ukraine, which is a goal of Russia's military operation, means the neutralization of its military potential, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"This implies neutralization of its military potential, which has grown significantly in the recent period, in particular, due to the active measures of third countries," Peskov said at a press briefing in response to a question whether demilitarization implies a complete dismantlement of the Ukrainian army.
