DPR records almost 400 strikes on its territory, 5 civilian fatalities over past 8 days

DONETSK. Feb 24 (Interfax) - Nearly 400 strikes have been recorded and five civilians have died in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) since tensions flared up eight days ago, the DPR mission to the Joint Center for Control and Coordination (JCCC) said.

"As many as 395 ceasefire violations committed by armed formations of Ukraine have been registered over the past eight days. The adversary has used a total of 5,030 pieces of ammunition of different calibers. Five civilians have died," the DPR mission to the JCCC said in a statement circulated on Thursday.
