Ukraine breaks off diplomatic relations with Russia - Zelensky

KYIV. Feb 24 (Interfax) - Ukraine has broken off diplomatic relations with the Russian Federation, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.

"This morning has gone down into history, but history is completely different for our country and for Russia. We have broken off diplomatic relations with Russia," Zelensky said at a press briefing on Thursday.
