Ukrainian army units laying down arms not being struck - Russian Defense Ministry

MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax) - Ukrainian army units laying down their arms are not being struck, the Russian Defense Ministry said.

"Intelligence gathered shows that Ukrainian Armed Forces units and service members are massively leaving their positions, laying down arms," it said.

"The positions of Ukrainian Armed Forces units that have laid down their arms are not being struck," it said.
