Bayraktar drone down in DPR was equipped with combat missiles - DPR spokesman Basurin
MOSCOW. Feb 24 (Interfax) - The Ukrainian army's Bayraktar drone shot down in the Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) was carrying combat missiles, DPR militia spokesman Eduard Basurin said.
"It was not a reconnaissance flight. It was carrying missiles, which they planned to fire at us," Basurin told the Rossiya 24 (VGTRK) television channel when asked by a journalist about the purpose of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' downed drone.
