Kremlin has no info from U.S. regarding possible terror attacks in Russia

MOSCOW. Feb 21 (Interfax) - The Kremlin is working to find out whether U.S. security services have shared information about possible terror attacks in Russia but has no knowledge of such messages at this point, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.

"We are trying to find out whether any messages of the sort have been received from U.S. security services. At this point, I have no knowledge of such messages," Peskov said at a press briefing on Monday.

He thus commented on a warning published by the U.S. embassy in Moscow, which said that terror attacks were possible in Moscow, St. Petersburg and areas on the border with Ukraine.

"This kind of practice is quite unusual for diplomatic missions," Peskov said.
