Russia has taken note of NATO proposal on reopening offices in Moscow, Brussels - Foreign Ministry
MOSCOW. Jan 12 (Interfax) - Russia has taken note of NATO's proposal on reopening the respective missions in Moscow and Brussels, but Moscow has not yet answered it, the Russian Foreign Ministry said.
"This was the alliance's proposal, and it has been taken note of," the ministry said.
"The Russian side has not yet given an answer," it said.
