Minsk, Moscow drafting documents for gas contract, signing expected before end-2021

MINSK. Oct 12 (Interfax) - Minsk and Moscow are drafting the paperwork for a gas contract with signing planned before the end of the year, Viktor Karankevich, the Belarussian energy minister, told reporters.

"A protocol is being drafted to amend the intergovernmental gas agreement where pricing is concerned and the protocol between the Belarusian government and Gazprom . Work is under way with plans to sign these documents before the end of the year, and on their basis a contract on gas supplies will be signed," he said.
