CSTO ready to employ its entire military capability to assist Tajikistan if situation on Afghan border worsens
MOSCOW. July 8 (Interfax) - The Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) stands ready to engage its entire military capability to provide assistance to Tajikistan if the situation on the border with Afghanistan worsens dramatically, Chief of the CSTO Joint Staff Anatoly Sidorov said.
"If need be and if thus decided by the leaders of the Collective Security Treaty Organization countries, we stand ready to employ these forces," Sidorov told journalists on Thursday.
