Lawyer Pavlov charged with violation of investigation secrecy - colleagues
MOSCOW. April 30 (Interfax) - Lawyer Ivan Pavlov has been detained within the framework of a criminal case of violation of investigation secrecy, the Pavlov-led Team 29 human rights association told Interfax.
"Ivan Pavlov has been charged under Article 310 of the Russian Criminal Code (violation of investigation secrecy)," Team 29 said.
The association did not provide further details.
There is no information from other sources just yet.
The crime defined by Article 310 of the Russian Criminal Code is punishable with a fine of up to 80,000 rubles or in the amount of the convict's salary or another kind of income for a period of up to six months, or community service of up to 480 hours, or correctional work of up to two years, or an arrest of up to three months.
