NOVOSIBIRSK/VLADIVOSTOK. May 7 (Interfax) - Dmitry Bosov, founder of the Alltech Group who was found dead on May 6, recently replaced the heads of several of the group's companies.

Vadim Bugayev quit as general director of coal producer LLC Vostokugol Management Company, which he had headed since March 2016, according to SPARK-Interfax. The Unified State Register of Legal Entities was amended on May 6 after an application was filed on April 24.

According to SPARK-Interfax, Bugayev is the general director of some 30 other firms controlled by Bosov and his former associate Alexander Isayev. Some of them are Vostokugol subsidiaries.

The new general director of Vostokugol is Anatoly Li, who had headed the Alltech Group's LLC Indiganeftegaz since May 2014.

Dmitry Vasilenko has been appointed general director of LLC Port Vera, which operates a coal terminal of the same name in Primorye and which is controlled by firms owned by Bosov. According to SPARK-Interfax, Vasilenko has headed the company since April 16 this year. Prior to that, Yevgeny Diyev had been general director of Port Vera since March 1, 2013.

RBC reported, quoting two of the businessman's acquaintances, that Bosov had killed himself at his residence in the village of Usovo just outside Moscow in the early hours of May 6. A spokeswoman for the Moscow region branch of the Russian Investigative Committee, Olga Vrady, then confirmed the death of Bosov. "Investigators of the investigative department in the town of Odintsovo have opened an inquiry into the death of a 52-year-old local resident," Vrady told Interfax on Wednesday evening in reply to a question about Bosov's death. The man's dead body with a gunshot wound to the head was found by his relatives near a house in the village of Usovo, she said. "A Glock 19 Gen 4 pistol was found near the body," Vrady said.

Bosov founded the Alltech Group, which owns coal producers Sibanthracite and Vostokugol and other assets.
